From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should it be vacated on the day of departure?

We guarantee the preparation of all the rooms by 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. However, don’t worry if you arrive earlier in Livigno: if the room is all ready we’ll give it to you in advance for free. If it’s not ready yet, you can anyway park your car in the garage and start your holiday. On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10:00 am.

 

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included in all our rates. Every day, a rich buffet welcomes our guests with numerous sweet and savoury options.

 

Is it possible to book half-board or full board?

Our restaurant is open every day for both lunch and dinner. There are two solutions that we propose to tease your palate and let you discover the flavours of our valley:

• Daily special with a 4-course menu choice (included in both half-board and full board)
• A la carte menu

 

Are the rooms accessible to people with disabilities?

All hotel spaces are free of any architectural barriers so that our guests can enjoy a carefree and worry-free vacation. We also have a room with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.

 

Does the hotel have a parking space?

Of course, the garage is an essential service to enjoy a green holiday in Livigno. The Cristallo Hotel's strong point is its location, that allows tourists to travel in a sustainable way. From the hotel it’s possible to reach all the main attractions on foot or with the free local service, so to avoid the use of the car. 

The indoor car or motorbike garage is available for free and without any reservation.

 

Are pets allowed?

We are so madly in love with animals to the extent of deciding to reserve certain types of rooms for those traveling with a pet. In order to plan your arrival at the hotel in the best possible way, it is important to communicate you are travelling with a pet when you are booking your vacation. We can't wait to meet your puppy!

 

Are there no-smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non-smoking.

 

Is it possible to have a cot for my baby?

Absolutely yes! At the time of booking, you can request one or more baby cots to be used for the entire holiday.

 

Do you have a spa?

Why settle for a spa when you can have a private mini spa in your room? At the Cristallo Hotel it’s possible to choose rooms with whirlpool tub, steam sauna or hydromassage shower cabin with foot massage for your maximum well-being and for your safety and intimacy directly in your room.

If this is not enough, you can reserve an entrance to the "La Ninfea" wellness center, the spa of our Valtellina hotel.

 

I am celiac, vegetarian, lactose intolerant: do you have a dedicated menu?

What's the problem? Our chefs have a lot of fun experimenting with new recipes, and dishes that are also suitable for satisfying these food intolerances / preferences.

 

Do you have any agreement for schools and ski rentals?

Of course! We selected some of the best shops in Livigno, where you can rent ski equipments and have a 20% discount on all snow activities. Don't worry for ski lessons, sport is right at home here and we know what you need. In addition to an agreement with the ski school, upon your arrival at the hotel a ski instructor will advise you which course is right for you.

 

Do you organize activities?

We are true nature lovers and our organized activities focus on this. In winter, our guide, Simone, organizes snowshoeing, ski safaris, fat-bike tours and dinners in the hut. while in summer trekking excursions, e-bike excursions, sunrise excursions and barbecues at the baitel.

 

Do you have agreements with thermal baths/spa?

Yes, but only with the best! All our guests receive a 20% discount on admissions to Aquagranda, the water park with spa in Livigno. The 10% discount is reserved for the entrances to QC Terme Bagni di Bormio, which are only 40km away and are a must if you are on holiday in Valtellina.
