At the Cristallo Hotel, our “Soul Sauna in natural fir 90°” will let you enjoy all the purifying and circulatory benefits, giving you a wonderful feeling of natural relaxation. We then move on to the “Soul Steam Pro White Matt”, made of carefully selected, top-quality materials that cover the walls and bench in warm tones. Combined with the warm white light and background music, they result in the true well-being of the steam bath, relaxing and enveloping. In conclusion, we would like to unveil a real treat: the Dormeuse and Wellness Coach. This is an interactive system designed to transform moments of relaxation into an authentic regeneration experience.

Basically, the software allows you to choose from a variety of wellness content available, namely:

• 5 mindfulness programmes in audio guide, exclusively created for Starpool by neuroscientist Nicola De Pisapia
• 5 guided breathing exercises, exclusively developed for Starpool by “No Limits” apnea world record holder Andrea Zuccari
• 5 relaxing music tracks that accompany moments of relaxation with the slow and gentle sounds of Nature
