Several times named "best snow resort in Europe", the so-called “little Tibet" is the destination of excellence for an Italian winter holiday: its ski area offers 115 km of slopes for alpine skiing (12 black slopes, 37 red slopes and 27 blue slopes), served by 6 cable cars, 14 chair lifts and 11 ski lifts. In addition, there are two snow parks and 30 km for cross-country skiing starting from the centre to Forcola and Alpe Vago area.

An open-air shopping centre, where purchases are tax-free and shopping is done with the mountains in the background, Livigno in summer is a paradise for trekking, climbing and water sports. Bikers dart through the nature of the Alps, between dirt roads and scenic routes: there is the panoramic XC trail with its 28 breathtaking kilometres, and the Mottolino Bikepark with its 12 trails.

On the other hand, for those who love walking, the range of choices is enormous: the Crap de la Parè, at 2400 meters above sea level, offers an extraordinary view of the Livigno Valley. But it is also possible to do Nordic walking, or the fitness trails. Or, simply, you can "get lost" in the nature of this corner of Italy, which the whole Europe envies us a little.
